Buyer questions
What should I send for a custom canvas tote inquiry?
Send the finished width, height and base depth, the items the tote will carry, and the quantity you need. Include your destination and artwork file, with the intended print size and placement. If you have a reference bag, add photographs of the front, interior and handle attachment. These details let JINYU review a specific custom brief rather than treating a category image as the final product specification.
Can I request a small quantity of custom canvas totes?
Yes. Canvas totes are offered as custom projects at small quantities. Include your requested quantity in the inquiry so the construction and decoration can be reviewed together. A custom canvas tote is different from choosing a ready-made non-woven stock bag: its dimensions, fabric, handle arrangement and artwork form the order brief. The written specification and order terms define the actual product supplied.
How do I choose the size and handles?
Measure the contents first, including any box or folder that must fit inside. State whether you need a flat tote or extra base depth, and whether the bag should be carried in the hand or over the shoulder. Give the handle length and opening you want rather than relying on a photograph. Review the handle attachment and seams with the sample; this page does not assign a carrying-load rating to the category.
What should I review before approving the tote?
Review the agreed fabric, finished dimensions, handle placement, seams and artwork position together. Check how your actual contents fit and whether the opening gives enough access. Compare the print against the artwork and colour reference supplied in the brief. Record the accepted specification in the order documentation. Fabric weight, wash behaviour and printing method are order-specific details, so the category image is not evidence of those properties.
