Submitting the form sends your contact details, project brief, chosen product and source page to our business enquiry system. A received confirmation appears only after the enquiry is saved. If delivery cannot be confirmed, your entries remain on the page and you can continue by email or WhatsApp using the same reference.

Our team in China uses these records to respond and coordinate your request. We use hosting and business-system providers to operate the service. Relevant specifications may be shared with suppliers when needed to prepare your quotation. We keep enquiry records for the business conversation and applicable record-keeping needs; contact us about access, corrections or deletion.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits, referral sources and loading performance. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first and does not use it to identify individual visitors. We do not send your name, email, phone number or enquiry message as analytics events, and we do not install advertising pixels.

Campaign context

Keeping the enquiry source together.

Campaign labels may be carried in links as you move from a product page to the enquiry form. If a known search engine or AI service provides a referrer, we carry only its platform name, not your search terms or conversation address. The site does not create a visitor identifier or store these labels in cookies or local storage. If you send an enquiry, its page address and source labels are included with the brief so we can understand how you found us. An enquiry is only treated as received after a matching server receipt, not just a button click.

Useful interactions

Understanding enquiry intent.

We count a small set of actions, such as opening a quote, sample, comparison, email or WhatsApp link, using the bag finder or beginning an enquiry form. These records contain only preset categories: page, bag style, order route, use, broad source and quantity band. They do not contain your message, contact details, full referring URL or a visitor identifier. The site respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control for these optional counters. A click is not treated as a received enquiry, a sent message or an order.

External channels

Email, WhatsApp and Alibaba are separate services.

If you choose one of those contact routes, the information you send is handled through that service as well as our business correspondence. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card data or other sensitive personal information in an initial product enquiry.
