JINYU C3 Curved Glass Cake Displays

Cabinet width, recorded capacity and rated power distinguish these two C3 models. GN-900C3 is 900 mm wide, holds 355 L and is rated at 460 W. GN-1800C3 is 1800 mm wide, holds 550 L and is rated at 640 W. Both measure 730 mm deep and 1300 mm high. Compare those dimensions with your service area; doubling cabinet width does not mean doubling the recorded capacity or the number of portions displayed.

The source specification records three glass shelves for each C3 model. The photographs show raised shelves above a lower display deck. Use the three-shelf specification when comparing these models, and plan the arrangement around your own cake stands and trays. Overall cabinet dimensions do not establish the usable shelf depth or the clearance above each shelf. Include your tray sizes and tallest products in the inquiry so the display arrangement can be checked.

Both models have two sliding doors on the service side, with curved front glass and glass sides. This arrangement supports a counter plan where customers view the display from the front and staff work behind it. Measure the proposed staff aisle as well as the cabinet footprint. The doors slide rather than swing into the aisle, but the installation still needs working room for serving, cleaning and access to the cabinet.
