Define the physical brief
Start with dimensions, contents and expected handling. Specify a flat or gusseted body, the handle direction and any reference construction that matters. State full strap length (the entire strap from one attachment end to the other) separately from handle drop (the clear vertical distance from the bag rim to the inside of the raised handle). Mark the measurement points on a reference photo or drawing; attachment allowances are confirmed with the sample.
Choose what needs to be exact
Separate essential brand or fitting requirements from preferences. Give separate references for the bag fabric colour and each printed colour. Screen images are references, not an exact colour guarantee; confirm the result on the actual material or physical sample and agree acceptable variation before production. This helps us review suitable production sources and alternatives.
Agree on sample and delivery
Confirm what the sample must demonstrate and when the finished bags need to arrive. The quotation should distinguish samples, production, setup and shipping, state the exact delivery point (address/postcode or named port), and say whether import duty, taxes and clearance charges are included or excluded. Delivery terms and responsibility are agreed for the specific quotation.

Can you work from an existing bag?
Yes. Send clear photographs, dimensions and the quantities you need. A physical sample can help resolve construction or colour questions before the order. For a hotel guest-room laundry or shoe-bag brief, include filled dimensions, drawstring or closure details, proposed material/GSM if known, logo printing, quantity and destination. Tell us if washing is required. The production route, material and any washability requirement need confirmation for your specific brief.
Can you source a product or certification outside your catalogue?
Send the product reference and the exact requirement. A requested certificate or test report must cover the actual production source, material or product and be valid for the order before we confirm it. Supply feasibility, samples and timing are reviewed for the specific enquiry.
