A vector file is useful when available, plus a simple preview showing the front and back. Identify the size and position rather than only sending the logo in isolation.

What details are needed for a custom printed bag quote?
Share the bag dimensions, material and GSM, print method, colours, artwork coverage and quantity. Include your destination and ask for the quotation to identify production, printing, setup, samples and freight.
What do you need to quote or arrange a logo sample?
Send the intended use or contents, bag dimensions or a reference photo, quantity, colour, artwork, delivery country/postcode and required arrival date. A vector logo is useful; if you only have a PNG or JPEG, send the best original for review. Tell us whether you need a material reference or a sample with your print. Ask for sample and delivery details in the quotation.
How long does a logo order take?
Share your required arrival date and destination postcode. Sample preparation, production after specification/artwork approval and agreed payment, and international transit are scheduled separately. Confirm the approvals and any payment needed before sample preparation starts, and whether transit starts at carrier collection or departure. Dispatch and expected arrival are confirmed in your quotation.
