Useful answers.
Check fit, artwork and the finished bag before confirming production.
Which sample should I ask for?
Reference bag: check material and fit; an available reference may not match your final colour, size or print.
Artwork proof: check print size, placement and spelling. A screen preview does not confirm the physical colour or construction.
Pre-production sample: review the agreed bag and artwork together. Confirm exactly what it represents before approving production.
Share the date the bags must arrive and your destination postcode. Sample preparation, production after specification/artwork approval and agreed payment, and international transit are scheduled separately. Dispatch and expected arrival are confirmed in your quotation.
Does this bag close at the top?
This format has an open top and loop handles, with no sealing strip. Load your closed containers through the mouth and bring the handles together to see how the rim sits around the packing set. Record any exposed space above the contents. When the packing brief requires a closing flap, compare the self-seal format using the same containers and stack height, then review the offered closure on its sample.
What does foil-lined mean for my quotation?
The listed construction is a PP non-woven outer with foil lining. Ask the proposal to identify each offered layer and its thickness, including any intermediate material. Inspect where the lining joins at the base and sides, and how it finishes at the mouth. A silver surface does not supply a measured temperature-retention result. Keep any temperature requirement attached to evidence for the finished construction and the actual packing conditions.
What delivery details should I include in my inquiry?
Send the bag quantity, destination country and postcode, and required arrival date with your inquiry. Include any unloading or address restrictions. Ask for the proposed packed-carton count, dimensions and weight, and check the named delivery place and allocation of freight, duties and taxes. Keep these details with the bag size and construction so the delivery arrangement can be reviewed alongside the product specification.
Which open-top foil bag size should I sample first?
The two open-top references are S at 24 x 23 x 14 cm and M at 27 x 25 x 14 cm, stated as external width x height x depth. Both have the same listed depth, so moving from S to M adds width and height rather than a deeper base. Measure the closed container footprint first, then check its passage through the sample mouth and its position against the foil-lined base.
