Which sample should I ask for?
Reference bag: check material and fit; an available reference may not match your final colour, size or print.
Artwork proof: check print size, placement and spelling. A screen preview does not confirm the physical colour or construction.
Pre-production sample: review the agreed bag and artwork together. Confirm exactly what it represents before approving production.
Share the date the bags must arrive and your destination postcode. Sample preparation, production after specification/artwork approval and agreed payment, and international transit are scheduled separately. Dispatch and expected arrival are confirmed in your quotation.
Which size fits my takeaway boxes?
Measure the outside of each closed box, including lid overhang, and the height of the full stack with wrapping or dividers. S, M and L measure 21 x 24 x 12, 23 x 25 x 14 and 25 x 26 x 18 cm externally. Those figures do not establish usable internal clearance. Test the filled stack for base fit, opening access, stability and handle comfort. Identify any food-contact lining or temperature-control requirement separately from this unlined carrier.
What material is included in the guide?
This format is an unlined PP non-woven carrier with separate loop handles and a gusseted base. Keep the outer carrier specification separate from the food containers placed inside it. Ask the written proposal to identify fabric weight, handle attachment and seam construction for the offered stock item. If your brief includes a lining, compare the lined formats separately and describe the packaging and intended use in the inquiry.
Can a small logo keep the order simple?
A single-colour logo on one side gives the artwork review a defined starting point. Send the graphic with its intended width, height and position on the bag panel. Check the logo against the handle attachments, seams and the filled bag shape on a sample. Identify a second printed side, another colour or larger artwork as a separate requested option so the reply describes the same decoration you reviewed.
Can I pack two takeaway boxes in the M size?
For two closed boxes measuring 18 x 12 x 7 cm each, the vertical stack is 14 cm high with an 18 x 12 cm footprint before wrapping. The M reference measures 23 x 25 x 14 cm externally. Try that complete stack in a sample: the 14 cm external bag depth does not establish internal clearance around a 12 cm box. Compare L at 25 x 26 x 18 cm if lids or dividers catch during loading.
