A procurement brief that saves time
Three decisions before you order.
Start with your largest item
Send the width, height and depth of a typical box or product. Include any tissue, inserts or protective packaging so the proposed bag leaves usable room.
Choose the brand treatment
Compare an available material colour with a one-colour logo against a more extensive print. Ask for the cost difference instead of assuming every detail adds the same amount.
Plan the distribution
Tell us the total quantity and whether it is for one shop or several locations. Packing and destination belong in the quotation, not as a surprise after production.
*Production timing starts after the specification/artwork and deposit are confirmed. Samples and international transit are additional; your quotation confirms the actual delivery plan.

Send your colour reference. Available material colours can suit smaller runs; an exact custom colour may change the starting quantity and timing.
Can you quote two sizes for the same shop?
Yes. Include each size and its quantity. We will compare the specifications without treating a mixed-size order as a single identical production run.
Is shipping included in the price guide?
No. The guide is for the stated bag specification. Give us the delivery country and postcode for a quotation that separates the bag, setup and shipping costs.
