Which sample should I ask for?
Reference bag: check material and fit; an available reference may not match your final colour, size or print.
Artwork proof: check print size, placement and spelling. A screen preview does not confirm the physical colour or construction.
Pre-production sample: review the agreed bag and artwork together. Confirm exactly what it represents before approving production.
Share the date the bags must arrive and your destination postcode. Sample preparation, production after specification/artwork approval and agreed payment, and international transit are scheduled separately. Dispatch and expected arrival are confirmed in your quotation.
What are common gusseted non-woven shopping bag sizes?
The listed size references are 30 x 35 x 10, 35 x 40 x 10, 36 x 43 x 10, 38 x 42 x 15, 40 x 35 x 15, 40 x 45 x 12 and 44 x 48 x 14 cm, expressed as width x height x depth. Select candidates around your packed contents, then compare physical samples instead of treating medium or large as a shared measurement standard.
Does a gusset guarantee that my box will fit?
No. A gusset adds depth, but the external bag dimensions do not establish clearance for your closed box. Include lid overhang, wrapping, filled height and approximate contents weight when selecting samples. Open the gussets fully and check both the base and the mouth during loading. Record how the handles meet with the complete pack inside. A base insert or reinforcement is a separate specification choice rather than an automatic part of a gusseted shopper.
How can I compare two shopper versions?
Keep the contents, quantity, destination and required arrival date the same for both versions. Identify each size code and fabric-weight reference, then record the artwork dimensions, printed sides and handle arrangement. Ask for the bag construction, decoration, artwork setup and freight to be identified separately. Use the same packing trial for both samples to assess changes in size, material and opening access.
Do all seven shopper sizes use the same fabric weight?
No single fabric weight applies to the entire shopper range: the listed references use 80 or 90 GSM PP non-woven depending on the selected size. Include the size code and its fabric-weight reference together when requesting a stock option. Two shoppers with similar width and height can differ in depth and material weight. Compare those fields on the proposal before using the same packed-box trial to judge their opening and base fit.
