Which sample should I ask for?
Reference bag: check material and fit; an available reference may not match your final colour, size or print.
Artwork proof: check print size, placement and spelling. A screen preview does not confirm the physical colour or construction.
Pre-production sample: review the agreed bag and artwork together. Confirm exactly what it represents before approving production.
Share the date the bags must arrive and your destination postcode. Sample preparation, production after specification/artwork approval and agreed payment, and international transit are scheduled separately. Dispatch and expected arrival are confirmed in your quotation.
Does 30 x 40 cm describe the space below the handle?
No. The 30 x 40 cm reference is the overall flat body size, including the area around the die-cut handle. The opening and top area reduce usable height below the grip. Measure the literature pack with its folder, sleeve or wrapping, then insert the complete set into a sample. Check that fingers can enter the handle without pressing on the contents and record the clearance above the pack beside the sample reference.
Can I add reinforcement or a gusset?
Yes, as a separately reviewed specification. The displayed reference is a flat 80 GSM PP non-woven bag with a die-cut carry opening, no separate loop handles and no side gusset. Reinforcement, added depth or another material changes that construction and needs a separate quote. Mark the change on a drawing and compare the proposed handle area on its sample. For a small-quantity request, ask which existing stock option is available.
What keeps a promotional order easy to compare?
Use the same quantity, material and delivery destination when comparing plain D-cut bags with a one-colour logo on one side. Send the artwork width, height and position below the carry opening. Identify artwork setup and freight separately in each proposal. Keep the 30 x 40 cm body reference in both proposals and check each printed trial with the same document pack inside, so placement can be judged below the grip.
Will A4 documents fit below the D-cut handle?
An A4 sheet measures 21 x 29.7 cm, while this flat bag has an overall body reference of 30 x 40 cm. The die-cut opening occupies part of that body, so the two dimensions alone do not establish clearance for a document sleeve or folder. Measure the complete document pack and insert it into a sample. Check the top edge beneath the opening and whether fingers can grip the handle without bending the documents.
