How to choose

  • Choose GN-1130SC for four pan positions across a 1130 mm length, suited to a focused café or breakfast selection.
  • Choose GN-1305SC for five pan positions across a 1305 mm length, giving a sandwich or bakery counter room for another ingredient.
  • Choose GN-1830SC for eight pan positions across a 1830 mm length when a pizza, sandwich or catering menu needs a broader selection.
  • Choose GN-2005SC for nine pan positions across a 2005 mm length when the menu needs one more separate topping than GN-1830SC.
  • All models measure 405 mm deep and 280 mm high; check counter support, operating clearances and space to raise the lid before choosing a length.

Questions before you choose

How should I choose between the pan layouts?

Start with the ingredients you need within reach during service, then check the counter length available. GN-1130SC has four 1/3 GN pan positions, GN-1305SC has five, GN-1830SC has eight and GN-2005SC has nine. A short breakfast menu may need fewer separate ingredients than a pizza or sandwich menu. Plan the layout around your own replenishment routine; the position count does not specify how many portions you can serve.

Are the GN pans and food shown in photographs included?

The recorded layouts describe positions for 1/3 GN pans. They do not confirm that pans or food are supplied, so treat photographed ingredients as serving examples and confirm the supplied items for your selected configuration. Before arranging your counter, check the intended pan depth and fit with JINYU. Choose containers around the ingredients you actually use, rather than assuming a photograph defines the package contents.

What should I check before planning the installation?

Measure the usable counter area against the selected model's dimensions, and allow space for access and the hinged lid to open. All models have a recorded electrical specification of 220-240V/50Hz. Have a suitable installer check the proposed location and connection. Documentation for the selected configuration can be requested from JINYU, including any details you need for finalising the counter layout.

How much longer is the nine-position model than the eight-position model?

GN-2005SC is 2005 mm long, while GN-1830SC is 1830 mm long, a difference of 175 mm. The nine-position model has a listed capacity of 92 L; the eight-position model is 82 L. Both are 405 mm deep and 280 mm high. Compare that extra position with the counter space your preparation work needs, and include the upward opening of the hinged lid when checking nearby shelves.

What should a cookery school include when choosing a topping fridge?

Send a classroom plan showing the instructor bench, student collection points and the ingredients assigned to each station. GN-1130SC has four 1/3 GN pan positions across 1130 mm; GN-1305SC has five across 1305 mm. Both are 405 mm deep and 280 mm high, with a hinged lift-up lid. Mark the appliance footprint and opening space on the bench drawing. Include existing-pan measurements and request the supplied-item list and installation documents. Use the lesson arrangement to plan access rather than treating pan positions as a student count.
