Buyer planning guide
How can I check beverage cooler product visibility from the shop aisle?
Map aisle viewpoints, photograph your drinks through closed cooler doors and compare proposed shelf layouts before sending a beverage cooler inquiry.
Where should I stand to judge the display?
Mark the proposed cooler position on your shop plan, along with the entrance, nearby shelves, service counter and aisle displays. Trace the routes customers would take toward it. Select three kinds of viewpoint: where the cooler first comes into view, where someone might stop to compare drinks and directly in front of the doors.
Give each viewpoint a letter. Measure its distance from the proposed cabinet front and record a camera height you can use again. Take photographs of the space from these points, including windows and nearby lights. Share the marked plan with the supplier when requesting a demonstration.
JINYU's beverage cooler category describes glass-door arrangements with one, two or three doors. Ask which arrangement the supplier proposes for your drinks groups and shop plan. Alongside the visibility review, measure the space needed for cabinet fit, door movement and customer access.
Which bottles and cans should I use in the trial?
Choose examples from the drinks range you intend to sell. Measure each pack's outside height, width or diameter, including its cap and any sleeve. Photograph the front label and mark the wording a customer would need to read: the drink name, flavour or pack size. Assign each pack a reference for use on drawings and in photo notes.
Include different shapes and label positions. For example, select a tall bottle with wording near its neck and a short can with wording near its base. Treat packaging variants as separate examples, even when they contain the same drink.
Sketch the proposed front row on each shelf, showing which label faces the aisle. Ask for the offered cabinet's loading instructions before arranging the trial. If you want shelf accessories, mark their proposed positions and request their dimensions and ask the supplier to list them in the quotation.
How should I photograph drinks through the glass?
Request a straight-on photograph of the complete proposed display with the doors closed. Ask whether display lighting is offered and, if so, record whether it is switched on during the trial. Identify the cabinet, shelf drawing revision and drink references in the photo notes.
Take closer views of the top, middle and bottom shelves, followed by full-cabinet views from your marked aisle positions. Retain the original images and label each with its viewpoint letter, camera height and distance. Add a wider photograph showing the surrounding light sources.
If the demonstration takes place at the supplier's premises, record that location and its lighting conditions alongside your shop photographs. Ask how the viewing positions in the demonstration correspond to those on your plan.
For each selected pack, list the words you can read in the aisle photograph. Mark wording obscured by a shelf edge, door frame or reflection, and request a repeat view if the image is unclear.
How do I compare shelf layouts and door-frame obstructions?
Place the closed-door photographs beside the shelf drawing. For each selected drink, note its shelf, position across the cabinet and visible label wording at each viewpoint. Describe any obstruction precisely: for example, which part of the name sits behind a door frame, or which upper label is hidden beneath the shelf above.
Ask the supplier to demonstrate a revised arrangement with the same packs. Could a drinks group move away from a frame? Is another shelf position available for the offered cabinet? Put the proposed change on a new drawing revision and ask the supplier to check it against the cabinet's loading instructions.
Repeat the photographs at the same camera heights and distances, with the lighting conditions recorded. Compare matching views and note both improvements and newly obscured labels. Before choosing the revised layout, ask staff to try retrieving and replenishing those packs, then record any changes they would need.
What should I check as the drinks rows empty?
Photograph the full display, then remove packs in a sequence that reflects the customer selections you want to test. Record which packs you removed and leave the others in place. Take another set of closed-door photographs from the marked aisle positions.
Check which remaining labels you can read. Note any drink that becomes difficult to identify and the viewpoint where this happens. If your replenishment plan includes bringing packs forward, have someone demonstrate that step. Photograph the result separately and label the views so reviewers can distinguish the depleted row from the tidied row.
Try the sequence on each shelf group you want to compare. If you are considering dividers or other accessories, ask the supplier to demonstrate them with the offered cabinet and identify them in the trial notes. Record which packs moved, whether someone moved them and how often your team proposes to check the display.
What should I include in the supplier inquiry?
Send JINYU, Shaanxi Jinyu Kitchenware Co., Ltd. (陕西金宇厨具有限公司), your shop plan, marked viewpoints and site photographs. Attach pack measurements, label photographs and proposed shelf groups. State the cabinet arrangement and quantity you are requesting, the destination, the site's electrical supply and the storage requirements of your intended drinks.
Give each visibility question a photograph reference and drawing revision. A note could ask: from viewpoint B, the frame covers the flavour name on drink C; can you demonstrate a revised position for this group? Include the full-row and depleted-row photographs, together with your proposed replenishment routine.
Request external cabinet dimensions, usable shelf dimensions, operating information, loading instructions and installation requirements for the model being offered. Ask the supplier to identify the shelf set, any lighting and each proposed accessory in the written specification. If the proposed cabinet or shelf arrangement changes, request updated drawings and repeat the affected views before choosing your configuration.
