Buyer planning guide
How many pan positions does my pizza ingredient counter need?
Choose a three to seven pan pizza ingredient counter by matching the published JINYU cabinet sizes to your topping list and station plan. Compare container fit, working reach and refill access before selecting a model.
Should I count toppings or start with the available counter width?
Start with two lists: the ingredients needed at the assembly station and the space available around it. For each topping, note which pizzas use it and whether your established preparation procedures require separate containers. Identify ingredients fetched elsewhere so the list reflects this station's work.
Measure the available counter and mark where pizza assembly, tools, packaging and completed orders will sit. A cabinet can fit within the counter's width while leaving too little room for those tasks. Keep their positions visible as you compare cabinet lengths.
Then try the proposed arrangement with representative containers. Walk through orders that use different combinations of toppings, noting trips to other positions and pauses in assembly. Use those observations to decide which ingredients need a place in the row. The total number of toppings on the menu is a starting point, rather than a direct specification for pan count.
Which three to seven pan models can I compare?
Compare the five published JINYU models using their external cabinet dimensions. All measurements below are width × depth × height in millimetres:
JY-PZ955: 955 × 404 × 450 mm, three pans.
JY-PZ1130: 1130 × 404 × 450 mm, four pans.
JY-PZ1305: 1305 × 404 × 450 mm, five pans.
JY-PZ1480: 1480 × 404 × 450 mm, six pans.
JY-PZ1655: 1655 × 404 × 450 mm, seven pans.
The width increases by 175 mm and the listed pan count increases by one at each step. From JY-PZ955 to JY-PZ1655, the total increase is 700 mm. Every listed cabinet has the same 404 mm depth and 450 mm height.
Draw these external outlines on your station plan first. Installation allowances are excluded. The figures also leave pan dimensions, ingredient capacity and supporting-table requirements unresolved; request the documents for each model you shortlist before developing those parts of the plan.
Does a pan count tell me whether my existing containers fit?
Pan count alone cannot establish container compatibility. The published information here does not specify pan length, width, depth or usable volume. Request the proposed pan arrangement and accessory details for the shortlisted model, including any dividers, lids or other components under consideration.
Give JINYU a clear record of the containers you intend to use. Measure across the outside rim and body, and from the base to the highest point of the lid or handle. Label the measurements and add photographs from above and from the side. Attach the complete model code to the request.
Review both the proposed fit and the handling sequence. A container needs to be assessed in place and while being lifted out or returned. If the proposal changes a pan size or arrangement, record that change against the relevant model so the comparison stays specific to the equipment and containers being considered.
How do I check whether staff can reach every position?
Test reach from the position where staff will assemble pizzas. Mark the cabinet's external outline, place the proposed container outlines along the row and label their ingredients. Include the pizza base, tools and packaging so the trial represents the working station.
Ask the staff who will use it to assemble a familiar order, followed by one that calls for ingredients at the ends of the row. Note where they stand, where they have to move and whether another person needs the same space. If you relocate a topping, repeat the affected steps to see how the change works in practice.
Show the full 700 mm width difference between JY-PZ955 and JY-PZ1655 on the drawing. That figure describes the extra cabinet width; comfortable working reach still needs its own assessment. Keep notes on awkward movements alongside the layout when comparing the shorter and longer options.
Should I select more positions to reduce replenishment?
Treat ingredient variety and refill quantity as separate questions. More listed pan positions do not establish how much food the proposed arrangement holds or how long it can run between refills. Use your service records to identify which ingredients need frequent replacement, then request pan dimensions and layout details before calculating capacity.
Try replacing the busiest container while a colleague assembles an order. Mark a waiting position for the incoming container and a destination for the removed one. Include the lids and utensils used during the exchange, and observe any interruption to the preparation surface or the other person's work.
Compare those observations across your shortlisted arrangements. Keep the replacement-container route on the cabinet plan so it can be reviewed with the assembly sequence. Base the refill routine on your existing ingredient-handling and storage procedures, with the selected model's pan details available for the capacity comparison.
What else belongs on the plan besides the ingredient cabinet?
Plan the whole station around the cabinet: its support, the preparation surface, replacement-container storage and the completed-order collection point. The pizza series describes a chilled ingredient counter. The published cabinet sizes do not specify a complete preparation table or an integrated refrigerated storage base.
For the selected model, send photographs and measurements of the available support. Request equipment weight, support requirements, connection positions, ventilation information and an installation drawing. Add the documented installation allowances to the plan before assessing the available space.
Also measure the route to the working position, including door openings, turns and changes in level. Request packed dimensions for the delivery-access check. If the station calls for ingredient pans above lower refrigerated storage, examine the salad preparation counter family using that family's documents. Its arrangement needs a separate comparison rather than assumptions based on the five pizza-counter cabinet sizes.
What should I send JINYU for a useful model comparison?
Prepare one enquiry containing your topping list, measured counter plan, working-area photographs and container measurements. Add the assembly and refill trial notes. List the complete model codes under consideration and explain what the comparison needs to resolve, such as pan positions, cabinet width, container fit or access during replacement.
Include the destination and site electrical-supply information. Ask for the proposed pan layout, included accessories, installation drawing and operating information for the selected models. Keep replies associated with their model codes, particularly when comparing arrangements or dimensions across the range.
Contact Shaanxi Jinyu Kitchenware Co., Ltd. (陕西金宇厨具有限公司) through the pizza ingredient counter series or Projects page. Prepare access details with the delivery-route measurement guide. Retain the supplier's proposal alongside your station plan, and repeat any affected assembly steps when a cabinet choice or pan arrangement changes. This keeps the final comparison tied to the station you intend to use.
