Buyer planning guide
How do I review cable-pouch fit on a custom travel bag sample?
Check cable-pouch placement, charger and cord pack fit, packed reach and neighbour clearance on a custom travel bag sample, then record construction notes for JINYU.

What is a cable-pouch fit review on a custom travel bag?
Check a proposed cable pouch with the charger, coiled cords and adapter case that will travel in it. Review insertion, closure and retrieval with the travel bag packed. Locate the pouch on the drawing and measure its opening, usable height, width and depth. Include the neighbouring document sleeve, wet pocket or bottle pocket in the photographs if those features share the same panel.
Treat the pouch as a labelled assembly on the travel-bag drawing. Name pouch location, opening hardware, finished pouch dimensions, whether the opening is open-top, zipper or flap, and whether a stiffener or mesh panel sits on the face. Keep those labels beside the sample identifier.
JINYU offers custom travel bags at small quantities. Body size, handle geometry, fabric and artwork belong in the project brief. Put the cable pouch on its own line with finished bag dimensions, the cable package used in the trial and the packing list matched to that sample.
The resource photograph shows a cream barrel travel duffel as styling only. It does not depict a cable pouch or a fit trial. Keep location, packed fit and reach questions attached to your labelled sample and measured cable set.
How should I prepare the cable package, packing set and pouch?
Identify the exact charger brick, cable lengths and adapters travellers will carry. Stack or coil them as they will travel: brick, coiled cable, thin case and any spare tip that shares the pouch. Photograph the finished package beside a ruler and name the arrangement. Record height, width and thickness in millimetres. If two package sizes are under discussion, prepare two labelled packages.
Keep single-device and multi-device arrangements separate. A second brick or a bulky case can concentrate thickness near one edge. Photograph the thickest part beside a ruler and label each arrangement if users carry different combinations on different trips.
Measure the empty pouch's usable opening and internal height or depth. Identify where the package stops against a bottom seam, curved corner or lining fold. For a zipper opening, measure the passage between the stops. A pouch face can look wide enough while the actual insertion path remains too short for a rigid brick.
List anything that stays outside the cable pouch but travels in the same bag, such as a document sleeve, laptop compartment or wet toiletry pouch. Photograph and repeat retrieval with those items present. Record how the opening and hand path differ from the empty-bag trial.
How do I check placement and access on the sample?
Open the empty sample and locate the proposed cable pouch on the construction drawing. Confirm the pouch mouth faces the direction shown in the brief. Photograph the empty pouch with the sample label visible, including the zipper or flap ends and any binding at the opening.
Load the cable package in the planned orientation. Watch the thickest brick edge and the widest coiled stack as each passes the opening. Record any tilt, fold-back of the lining or catch on a zipper pull. Photograph the filled pouch before closing it, then close it using the intended sequence and photograph the closed face from inside the main compartment.
Pack the remaining kit around the pouch and repeat access. Retrieve the cable package while documents and soft goods stay packed, then replace it. Note whether the hand reaches the pouch without unpacking the main compartment, and whether a neighbouring sleeve contacts the brick. Access with neighbours packed is part of the review.
If two pouch positions are under discussion, label them A and B and repeat the same cable package and packing order with separate photo sets.
What construction details belong in the cable-pouch brief?
Ask the drawing to identify lining material facing the contents, outer fabric of the pouch if different, seam type at the base and sides, and how the opening is finished. Request the offered zipper or flap description, pull-tab position and whether the pouch is fully enclosed or open at the top.
Mark free zones for artwork on panels that share space with the pouch. Show attachment points for any removable mesh insert on the same drawing revision as the bag body.
State the packing list reference, intended brick orientation and whether the pouch must also hold a thin spare-tip stack. Include project quantity and destination with the custom travel bag inquiry so construction and decoration are reviewed together. Do not treat a category photograph as a substitute for those written details.
If you own a reference bag whose cable-pouch layout you like, photograph it empty and packed with the same cable package, measure pouch mouth and usable depth the same way and label it as a reference only. Ask JINYU for a sample that targets that measured layout on your requested body size.
How do I compare a revised sample after a pouch change?
Keep the earlier sample labelled. On the revised sample, repeat empty photographs, filled loading, closure and packed retrieval with the same cable package and packing order. Enter new mouth width, usable depth and access notes beside the old ones so the change appears in millimetres and clear steps, not only in adjectives.
Inspect seams and the opening as carefully as the volume. A deeper pouch can change how the main compartment folds; a different zipper can move the pull tab into the hand path. Photograph the attachment or stitch line from the same angle used before. Confirm body dimensions and artwork revision did not change unless intended.
State which sample label is accepted for the cable-pouch arrangement. Pass that label, measured pouch figures, cable packing list and access notes into the order documents. If the revision is a removable insert rather than a sewn pouch, keep that component's identifier beside the bag sample so incoming checks can rebuild the same combination.
What should I send JINYU after the cable-pouch review?
Send Shaanxi Jinyu Kitchenware Co., Ltd. (陕西金宇厨具有限公司) the sample label, cable-package reference, item and group measurements, pouch position on the drawing, empty and filled photographs and notes from packed retrieval. Add the artwork revision and any marked free zones on panels that share space with the pouch.
Ask the reply to restate the proposed cable-pouch position, lining and opening description beside the finished bag size. Compare that text with your accepted sample before confirming the order record. Keep the physical sample when practical, or keep the photo set and measurement sheet with the quotation so incoming checks can pack the same cable package and open the pouch the same way.
Identify the cable pouch by its position and sample reference in the construction brief. This measurement record documents fit and access; it supplies no evidence of waterproofing or electrical performance.
