Buyer planning guide
How do I match cafe refrigeration drawings and accessory lists before purchasing handover?
Match each selected cafe display to its drawing revision, shelf description and accessory quantities, then carry the agreed scope into the purchasing handover.

Where should I start when the equipment schedule and attachments use different references?
Start with the selected equipment positions in the final cafe schedule. Beside each position, list the full model code, cabinet quantity, proposal reference, drawing identifier and accessory-list reference. Keep the references printed inside each document as well as its filename. A file called display-final.pdf can be renamed without changing the drawing revision inside it.
For an illustrative D01 position, the handover row might name JINYU GN-1000RD2 and link the drawing returned for that model. A separate D02 row can carry GN-1000FRO. Where one attachment covers several positions, list those positions beside the attachment. Purchasing can then follow a cabinet row to its supporting documents, and a colleague reviewing the attachment can identify which rows it supports. Keep alternative models in the proposal history.
Can I reuse a drawing when the selected cabinets share a width and depth?
Compare the full model designation and every relevant view before carrying a drawing into the handover. GN-1000RD2 lists 1000 × 730 × 1200 mm; GN-1000FRO lists 1000 × 730 × 1300 mm. Their listed widths and depths match, but the FRO cabinet is 100 mm taller. A plan outline alone would miss that difference.
The service arrangement also changes: GN-1000RD2 has two sliding doors on the service side, while GN-1000FRO has an open front. Mark the customer side and staff side on the layout using the selected model's arrangement. If an attachment names the alternative model, request the drawing for the selected cabinet and retain the response against its position. Carry catalog dimensions and drawing dimensions with their original labels so the next reader can trace each value.
How should I reconcile shelves with the accessory list?
Separate the cabinet's published shelf description from additional items requested in the proposal. GN-1000RD2 lists two glass shelves. GN-1000FRO lists two glass shelves plus a base deck. Keep those descriptions attached to their respective model rows; the shared phrase two shelves does not make every display level or component identical.
Read the proposal's accessory wording beside the matching drawing or parts list. If the buyer requested an additional shelf, ask for its description, quantity per cabinet and inclusion status in the returned proposal. Record the answer without turning the request into an assumed included item. Where a drawing shows a component that the accessory list does not name, identify it by the drawing's own reference or an annotated crop. Ask one specific scope question against that component.
How do I carry accessory quantities across several identical cabinets?
Keep a per-cabinet quantity and a project total beside the parent model and position references. For an illustrative selection of two GN-1000RD2 cabinets, the published two-glass-shelf description corresponds to four listed glass shelves across those cabinets. Any separately requested additional shelves need their own quantity and the supporting proposal reply.
Preserve the distinction between individual pieces and sets. If a returned list says one set without describing its contents, carry that wording into the clarification question and ask which components it covers. Do not multiply it into a piece count using a photograph. Where D01 and D02 share a model but have different requested accessories, keep their allocations visible even if purchasing groups the cabinets on one summary line. Recalculate the accessory totals when the cabinet count changes.
What should I do when the drawing and proposal describe different configurations?
Record the difference against the affected equipment position, naming both documents and their revisions. Describe what each one says: a model code, cabinet height, shelf description or accessory quantity. Quote the short labels exactly and attach the relevant page or view. This gives the person answering a defined comparison to resolve.
Keep the current selection and the question together until the response identifies which configuration the proposal covers. A newer email date alone does not establish that an attached drawing replaces every earlier document. When the reply changes a drawing reference or accessory entry, update the affected schedule row and retain the response. Check neighboring rows only where they reference the same revised document. This keeps a local correction from silently changing an unrelated cabinet position.
Which electrical details belong with the drawing package?
Link the electrical document to the same full model and configuration as the cabinet drawing. GN-1000RD2 lists 450 W and 220-240 V / 50 Hz; GN-1000FRO lists 470 W and 220-240V/50Hz. Preserve those labels in the equipment row. They identify published power and supply values, not a daily energy-consumption figure or a connection-location drawing.
If the project needs connection positions, a plug description or another installation detail, point to the specific document supplying it. Where that information has only been requested, retain the question and contact with the handover correspondence. Keep any electrical response attached to its equipment position so a counter designer and purchasing colleague see the same source. An answer about one cabinet should remain attached to that cabinet when another model is selected elsewhere.
How do I package the agreed drawings and accessory scope for purchasing?
Issue the equipment schedule with a document list that identifies the drawing and accessory reference for each selected position. Include the replies that settled configuration differences, particularly where they changed a model, component description or quantity. Keep earlier alternatives in a separate revision record so the current pack presents one traceable selection at each position.
Add a short change note naming the rows updated since the previous issue. A switch from GN-1000RD2 to GN-1000FRO affects the model reference, cabinet height, access description and published electrical entries in that row. Revisit its shelf description and linked drawing at the same time. If questions remain, give each its position reference, requested information and contact. Purchasing can then distinguish recorded selections from questions still being handled without reconstructing the entire email thread.
What should I include when asking JINYU to resolve the remaining differences?
Send the selected position list, full model codes, cabinet quantities and the specific drawing and proposal pages that differ. Identify each question with its position reference and describe the answer needed, such as which drawing covers D01 or whether the requested additional shelf is included in D02. Include the current accessory breakdown with its per-cabinet quantities and totals.
For a mixed RD2 and FRO project, keep separate rows for the two model families and show which customer-side or staff-side arrangement the layout uses. Add the site supply information where the question concerns an electrical attachment. JINYU, Shaanxi Jinyu Kitchenware Co., Ltd. (陕西金宇厨具有限公司), can review the inquiry against those named selections. Retain the response with the purchasing pack and carry each answered point into the corresponding equipment row.
