Buyer planning guide
How do I check hanging-garment fit in a stock non-woven bag?
Compare hanger width, garment height and handle clearance in stock non-woven bag samples; record loading, retrieval and creasing with the same packed set.

Where should a hanging-garment fit check begin?
Prepare the garment as staff will hand it to the customer, including its hanger and wrapping. Keep the hanger, tissue wrap, size tag, protective cover and any clip or pin you plan to use. Hang the finished presentation on a rail, photograph it beside a ruler and give that arrangement a reference name so staff can rebuild it later.
Measure the hanger width tip to tip, the height from the hook top to the lowest hem or cover edge and the folded thickness if the garment will be doubled into the bag. If a jacket and a dress share one carrier, measure each piece separately and then as a paired stack. Similar garment counts can produce different footprints once hangers and covers are included.
Note the assembled weight of the hung or folded set on the same measurement sheet as the hanger dimensions. JINYU supplies small-quantity non-woven orders from stock only, so identify the available stock option that will be used for the sample trial.
Which published stock sizes are useful to compare?
Two common outside body references are JY-PL-01 STD at 38 x 42 x 10 cm and JY-PL-02 STD at 40 x 35 x 15 cm. Both are width x height x depth, excluding handles. JY-PL-01 STD is taller with a shallower depth reference; JY-PL-02 STD is wider and deeper with a shorter body height. Place your hanger width and folded thickness beside all three figures for each candidate.
JY-PL-01 also lists FLAT at 38 x 42 x 0 cm (no depth gusset). Compare FLAT with the gusseted STD sample using the same hanger and garment. Observe where the hanger tips, wrapping and fabric folds sit in each opened bag. Name the product code and variant on every sample request so FLAT and STD are not confused.
Outside dimensions shortlist samples; they do not guarantee internal clearance around seams, base folds or the opening for a protruding hook. Measure usable space on the opened sample and load the complete garment set. Record any contact between hanger tips, fabric, seams and the bag mouth.
How do I load a hanger without guessing from photos?
Open the sample fully and expand the gussets before inserting the garment. Decide whether the hook will stay above the opening, tuck under the gathered handles or rest inside the bag mouth. Place the hanger in the orientation staff will use at handover. Watch the base folds as the hem seats, then as any second piece is added. If a hook catches a seam or a cover snags the opening, photograph that point and describe it in one line.
Assess the hung presentation once before adding a folded under-layer or extra tissue. Packing aids can protect fabric but also consume width and depth and can mark creases. Record whether the tissue is part of customer presentation or only a packing aid.
Remove the garment in the reverse order staff would use at the counter. Note whether the hanger lifts cleanly without dragging the cover across a sharp fold. Fit includes retrieval at handover, not only insertion.
Repeat the trial with a second candidate size using the same garment set and packing order. Keep separate sample labels so notes show how each candidate changes hook clearance, hem position and the space around the folded fabric.
What should I check for shoulder vs hand carry and crease risk?
With the garment seated, bring both handles together for hand carry. Check whether the hand still has room above the hook and whether the handles press the fabric into a hard fold at the bag mouth. Photograph gathered handles from the front and side with the hook position visible.
If shoulder carry is part of the brief, check the sample handle drop with the garment packed. Put both handles over the shoulder and walk the same short route used for the hand-carry trial. Record hanger lean, hem movement and any new crease line beside the product code and garment-set reference.
Compare a fully hung insert with a deliberate fold that shortens height for travel. Photograph both arrangements before and after the short walk. Note where creases form: at the hanger bar, at the bag mouth under the handles or at the base fold. Keep the before-and-after photographs beside the recorded packing method so staff can compare the same garment folds.
When comparing loop-handle and gusseted shopper samples, keep handle comments tied to the product code. Published body height excludes handles, so the 42 cm or 35 cm figure does not establish hook clearance by itself.
How should I describe mixed garments or covers in one carrier?
Give mixed lengths and hanger styles their own row on the comparison sheet. Place the tallest or widest hanger where it will sit in the finished presentation and measure the group again. With a folded sweater beside a dress on a hanger, check whether either piece changes position during the carry trial. Record any tissue added and repeat the same packing sequence.
Photograph an overhead view showing the hanger tips inside the opened gusset and a side view showing hook height relative to the bag mouth. Mark the gap between each hanger tip and the bag side, and the hook position relative to the gathered handles. If one piece is boxed and another hangs, treat that as a distinct arrangement with its own reference name.
When a promotion changes hanger type, adds a garment bag sleeve or switches from hand carry to a short walk to the car, repeat the fit check before updating the counter guide. Ask which stock sizes and colours remain available for your quantity and destination. Small-quantity non-woven requests stay on the stock path. State any need for a different construction or non-stock artwork as a separate discussion.
What belongs in the inquiry after the sample trials?
Send JINYU, Shaanxi Jinyu Kitchenware Co., Ltd. (陕西金宇厨具有限公司), the set reference, hanger and height measurements, assembled-weight note, packing photographs and the stock codes you trialled. Describe specific issues: a hook catching at the opening, handles forcing a hard crease at the mouth, or a second garment refusing to seat beside the first hanger.
Ask JINYU to identify the offered stock option by product code, variant, outside dimensions and colour or print. Match those details to the sample label you kept. If another size is proposed, load your same garment set before accepting it.
Retain the comparison sheet for counter staff, showing which stock bag goes with which hanging or folded arrangement, including covers and tissue. When packaging or hanger style changes, schedule another sample check rather than relying on an earlier campaign.
