Buyer planning guide

Will a stock non-woven bag keep a flap-closed kit accessible at the counter?

Compare stock shopper dimensions, kit seating, hook-and-loop flap access and handle clearance using a labelled counter packing trial.

Where should I start when choosing a stock bag for a flap-closed kit?

Put together the complete kit that staff will hand to a customer. Include the pouch, its hook-and-loop flap, any card sleeve and the tissue used at the counter. Fasten the flap in its normal position. Measure the closed unit's height, width and thickness, then photograph it beside a ruler. Give this packing arrangement a name that can appear on the sample labels and staff packing sheet.

Measure the projecting flap separately if it extends beyond the pouch. A thick fastening strip or stiff corner may meet the shopper opening before the pouch body passes through. Record where those projections sit, including any corner concealed beneath tissue. Weigh the complete arrangement so later comparisons use the same contents.

JINYU's small-quantity non-woven bag orders use available stock options. Start the inquiry with the packed kit measurements and ask which stock references can be offered. The flap belongs to the kit being packed; identify the shopper and the kit separately on your comparison sheet.

Which published stock dimensions should I compare?

Two starting references are the JY-PL-01 Loop-Handle Non-Woven Tote STD at 38 × 42 × 10 cm and the JY-PL-02 Gusseted Non-Woven Shopper STD at 40 × 35 × 15 cm. Dimensions follow outside width × height × depth, excluding handles. The first has a taller body; the second offers a wider and deeper outside outline. Compare all three measurements with the closed kit before requesting samples.

JY-PL-01 also has a FLAT reference measuring 38 × 42 cm without a depth gusset. Keep the variant code beside the product code when discussing a base-seating trial. The matching front dimensions of FLAT and STD do not describe the same opened base.

Use those figures to choose candidates, then examine the actual samples. Seams and folded corners affect the space available around a pouch. Body height alone also leaves the handle opening unmeasured. Measure the kit's position inside the bag with the handles gathered to establish that clearance.

How do I check loading and removal at the counter?

Expand the side and bottom gussets and set the shopper on the packing surface. Lower the closed kit in the orientation staff intend to use. Watch the flap tip and exposed fastening strip as they cross the mouth. If either catches, photograph the contact point before moving the kit. Note whether the interference is at a side seam, a folded corner or the upper edge.

Once seated, take an overhead view showing the footprint and a side view showing the flap relative to the mouth. Try a centred position and, if the counter routine calls for it, a position with the flap facing the customer. Keep each arrangement labelled so photographs can be compared later.

Remove the kit along the expected hand path. Observe whether the flap remains fastened, tissue follows it out or the pouch turns against the wall. Repeat the sequence in the other shortlisted shopper with the same contents and packing order. Record the particular movement that caused a catch.

Can staff open the flap while the kit stays inside?

Leave the seated kit in its intended handover position and open the hook-and-loop fastening. Show the movement from the front and side. Look for the flap rubbing against a wall, tissue covering the fastening surface or the pouch lifting off the base as the strip separates. Close it again and inspect whether the two fastening surfaces meet across their intended area.

Gather both handles above the closed kit. Check where the hand sits and whether the handles bend the projecting flap. Lift the bag through the usual counter handover, then set it down and compare the kit position with the starting photographs. Describe any rotation, crease or opening at the strip by location.

If the intended carry method includes a shoulder, review that movement separately with both handles positioned as intended. Keep the same kit and wrapping. Record clearance and flap position after the movement so the selection reflects how the packed bag will actually be handled.

How do tissue and extra gifts change the fit?

Add each extra component in the order used at the counter. A card, a second pouch or a tissue nest occupies space beside the flap and changes the route used to reach it. Photograph the complete group from above, then repeat the opening and retrieval sequence. Identify which extra item moves when the flap is lifted.

Measure the grouped arrangement again, including its thickest point. Note whether a card corner presses the strip, tissue gathers beneath the flap or a second pouch shifts into the opening. If moving an extra item solves the obstruction, put the revised location on the packing sheet and repeat the same handover movement.

Keep separate records for different gift sets, even when the main pouch is unchanged. A seasonal insert or a thicker sleeve can change the packed shape. Staff need a photograph of the accepted complete arrangement beside the stock code and variant used for that trial.

What should I send JINYU after comparing samples?

Send JINYU, Shaanxi Jinyu Kitchenware Co., Ltd. (陕西金宇厨具有限公司), the kit reference, closed and grouped measurements, contents weight and labelled photographs. List the shopper codes and variants tested. Describe each issue with a location and action, such as the right flap corner catching while the kit leaves the mouth.

Ask the reply to identify the offered stock reference, outside dimensions and available colour or print for your quantity and destination. Match that description to the sample record. If a different stock variant is proposed, repeat the same kit trial in that sample before replacing the packing instructions.

Retain the accepted bag label and the photographs showing loading order, flap access and handle position. These give counter staff a repeatable arrangement and give future inquiries a precise reference when the kit contents change.
