Buyer planning guide
Will a drawstring-top pouch or cinch kit fit inside a stock non-woven bag?
Trial a named drawstring pouch or cinch kit in JINYU stock non-woven shoppers; check cord closure, gusset shape, handle gather and retrieval.

What should a drawstring-top fit trial establish?
Start with a named insert, such as the buyer's "Gift Pouch A" drawstring-top pouch/liner or "Cinch Kit A" draw-cord kit, packed for the intended handover. This trial is about seating that named pouch or kit in an opened stock shopper, closing its cord and retaining usable access. Give the insert and shopper separate references so staff can repeat the arrangement with the same contents and cord setting.
The drawstring belongs to the separate insert or kit; it is not a factory-built closure on the shopper body. Establish whether staff can close it while the shopper mouth stays workable, the insert sits without collapsing the gussets, and one person can reopen and retrieve the contents. Do not treat a closed insert as proof that the outer bag has closed.
JINYU handles small-quantity non-woven requests through stock only. Identify the actual stock sample used for every observation. Photograph the named insert alongside the shopper before loading, then record both labels in the overhead view of the packed arrangement. Those views connect the cord and gathered neck to the insert being tested.
Which insert measurements and stock sizes should I record?
Record the insert's name, contents and packing order. Measure its packed diameter and height with the cord drawn closed, including the gathered neck; for an oval pack, record both widest spans. Record total cord length, exposed tail lengths after closure and the space needed to grip and pull them. Note any cord lock and its position.
For a cinch kit, also measure the complete packed assembly beneath its gathering section. Photograph the open and closed arrangements beside a ruler, and record packed weight as a descriptive detail. A soft empty liner gives little information about the diameter, height or folds of the finished pack, so use the intended contents throughout.
Shortlist published outside body references, excluding handles. In width x height x depth, the JY-PL-01 STD plain loop tote is 38 x 42 x 10 cm; the JY-PL-02 STD plain gusset shopper is 40 x 35 x 15 cm. These dimensions do not establish internal clearance. JY-PL-01 FLAT is listed as 38 x 42 cm, flat, with no depth gusset; keep it separate from the STD variants in the trial notes.
How should staff compare mouth seating with a deeper seat?
Place the empty shopper on the normal packing surface and fully open its mouth, base and both gussets before seating the insert. Photograph the opening. Open the pouch or arrange the cinch kit around its intended contents outside the bag first, so staff can identify which folds belong to the insert and which belong to the shopper.
Try the named insert with its gathering section at the shopper mouth. Support the packed base during placement, then release that support and note where it settles. A mouth position that needs continuous hand support is an observation to record, rather than a stable seat. Keep the cord channel visible and the tails accessible outside the gathering area.
Remove the insert and repeat with its packed base resting deeper in the body, allowing the gathering section to sit lower. Keep the insert separate from the bag, with its cord following the insert's own closure path. Label photographs "mouth seat" and "deeper seat"; record the gathering section's height relative to the shopper rim and any slack fabric collecting below it.
What should I watch while drawing the cord and gathering handles?
With the insert seated, draw its cord using the intended staff movement. Observe the outer mouth separately from the insert neck. Record whether the pouch gathers freely, pulls the shopper rim inward, drags a side gusset into the centre or lifts the packed base. Stop and reseat if the cord catches a handle or a fold prevents normal closure.
Inspect both gussets after closure and release the pulling hand. Distinguish a narrowed insert opening from a collapsed shopper: note whether the side folds remain open around the pack and whether staff can still reach the cord lock. Check where loose tails fall and whether reopening requires holding the outer mouth apart. Photograph the closed insert from above and from the side.
Gather both shopper handles with the cinch still in place. Observe whether they meet naturally, press against the gathered neck or trap the cord tails. Make a short carry along the intended handover route, recording approximate duration, insert movement and changes in mouth or gusset shape. These are observations for that sample and arrangement, not load ratings or durability results.
How can one person test retrieval and compare a second stock size?
Set the shopper down after the short carry. Have one staff member separate the handles, reach the cord, release the closure and retrieve the intended contents or whole pouch, according to the handover routine. Record any need for another person to steady the bag, any caught cord tail and whether the outer body follows the insert upward.
Repeat in the second STD stock size with identical contents, cord settings and packing order. Compare mouth and deeper seats in both JY-PL-01 STD and JY-PL-02 STD, including closure, handle gather, short carry and retrieval. The wider, deeper sample also has a shorter body; observe how those differences affect access instead of assuming that greater depth resolves every fit problem.
Only then add tissue or accompanying cards and repeat the chosen arrangement. Keep notes on whether added material enters the cord channel, crowds the mouth or changes the insert's resting height. Preserve the workable packing sequence, and repeat the trial whenever the pouch, kit, contents or cord arrangement changes.
What should I send after the drawstring-top trials?
Build an inquiry packet with the named pouch/liner or cinch kit, contents, closed packed measurements, cord lengths and cord-lock details. Identify each stock code and variant. Include photographs of the fully opened shopper, mouth seat, deeper seat, drawn cord, gathered handles and retrieval, with observations linked to each arrangement.
Include intended quantity, destination, preferred available stock appearance and the short-carry notes. Describe specific behavior, such as "deeper seat hides the cord lock" or "handle gather folds the left gusset inward." Request identification of the offered stock code, variant, outside dimensions and colour or print, and repeat the sequence if another stock sample is proposed.
Keep the preferred packing order and unresolved access issues together so the response addresses the actual insert arrangement. Send the complete trial packet and preferred sample arrangement to JINYU / Shaanxi Jinyu Kitchenware Co., Ltd. (陕西金宇厨具有限公司).
